In an effort to ensure that Temple activities and events are promoted appropriately and timely, Slightly Mad is available to create marketing materials for Temple events.
While Slightly Mad is available to each of you, you are not required to use Slightly Mad for your events. If you wish to generate your own publicity, you should prepare your flyers, press releases, or posts, and send them to Maxine at the office for final review and approval before release.
Once the planning stages of your event or activity are finalized, if you would like to use Slightly Mad to promote your event - the process is as follows:
- Fill in the promotion request form (below).
- It is important to get this form in at least 6 weeks prior to any planned event (earlier if possible)
- Upon receipt, Slightly Mad will enter a "SAVE THE DATE" to the website calendar and, where appropriate, begin designing a promotion for the event. Once approved, a mix of promotional efforts which may include a website page, press release, social media, flyers and/or eblasts will be used to promote the event.
