Brotherhood of Temple Judea is pleased to invite all congregants and interested members of the community to a presentation on Sunday, March 2 at 9:30 a.m.

Lewis G. Maharam, MD, FACSM, better known as Running Doc, is one of the world’s foremost experts on sports medicine and running health.  Dr. Maharam, a Temple Judea congregant, is a past Medical Director of the NYC Marathon, writes the column “The Running Doc” in the NY Daily News, and has extensive medical credentials.  He will give a presentation based on his vast experience and will answer questions from the audience.

Temple Judea has obtained copies of Dr. Maharam’s book, “Running Doc’s Guide to Healthy Running”, which will be available for purchase and signing at this event.       

Breakfast will be served all for only a $5 admission fee.
